Cancellations

Blank Cards

After ordering the Blank Wedding Cards if the order is cancelled for whatever reason before dispatch, you will be charged the a 30% re-stocking fee.
If already dispatched the company can’t take it back or refund the on any account.

Printed Cards
In case of wedding cards order being cancelled before FINAL APPROVAL, design and processing charges and re-stocking charges totally 50% of the total charges will be deducted.

After FINAL APPROVAL TO PRINT, if the order is cancelled there will be absolutely NO REFUND whatsoever.

Returns

Blank Cards
In case of returning the cards of being not satisfied the consignment should be returned within 48 hours.

The Shipping Charges + Banking Charges with Tax & Duties along with our re-stocking charges of totally 50% should be paid by you.
The consignment should be sent at your own cost with both the cards and the packing being in the original condition that we sent.

Printed Cards
In case of printed cards being returned after the FINAL APPROVAL, because of any printing error from our side we will take back the cards and replace them with the corrected version.
If the error is on your side even after the FINAL APPROVAL, we will definitely not take back the cards as it is not our responsibility.
